Support market entry assessments and strategy development for international clients expanding into Asian emerging markets. Responsibilities include conducting primary market research through stakeholder interviews, analysing regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapes, developing financial models for market entry scenarios and contributing to client presentations and strategic recommendations.
Candidates should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent written communication skills and intellectual curiosity about Asian markets. Prior experience in consulting, business development or market research preferred. Willingness to travel across the region required.
Lead financial analysis and deal structuring for client market entry initiatives, with particular focus on partnership arrangements, joint ventures and investment evaluations. Responsibilities include building financial models for market entry scenarios, evaluating potential local partners’ financial health and ownership structures, structuring joint venture agreements that balance risk and return and supporting clients through fundraising or capital deployment decisions related to market expansion.
Candidates should demonstrate strong financial modelling expertise, experience with cross-border transactions or partnerships and the ability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations. Background in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or transaction advisory preferred.
Salary ranges will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and qualifications.
